lose some weight




First post for this blog.  I need to lose some more weight and need to do a journal about it sooooo I am going to try this route.  Hope it helps me and if I find it is a great way for me to do it I will maybe even talk about how heavy I am and have been but not right now.  Let us just say that I have lost 50 pounds since April 2010 but need to lose another 100.  I know how bad am I.  Learning to deal with stress and taking 6000IU of Vitamin D3 and it seems to be working.  Not fast but slowly .  I put on the 150 in 20 years so hope it does not take that long to take it off!!
